LUBRICATION SERVICE & SAFETY INSPECTION

  • Change oil (Valvoline 10w-30 Super Blend)

  • Replace drain plug gasket

  • Replace oil filter (original equipment - Volvo)

  • Check and top up fluids:

    • Transmission

    • Rear Axle

    • Power Steering

    • Coolant (record antifreeze strength)

    • Windshield Washer

    • Brake Fluid

  • Check tire condition and pressure (including spare)

  • Check all exterior lights

  • Check V-Belts

  • Check hoses

  • Check brakes (record percentage remaining)

  • Check ball joints for wear

  • Check steering components for wear

  • Check for fluid leaks

  • Check wiper and washer operation

  • Lubricate door hinges.

  • Check all suspension bushings

  • Check exhaust for leaks

  • Check motor and transmission mounts

  • Add windshield washer cleaner/antifreeze

  • Reset service light

  • Itemize and prioritize repairs needed

  • Performed by a Volvo specialist
